Members of the Japanese American Citizens League (JACL), Salt Lake County residents and immediate family of members can join; the credit union invites anyone who shares its values to join the JACL and the credit union.

A route open to anyone: Join the Japanese American Citizens League (J.A.C.L.), which the About Us page invites anyone who shares its values to do; JACL dues are not stated on the site.
