America First also offers a Signature Validation stamp for non-securities transactions such as beneficiary, address and wire-instruction changes. No fee, appointment rule or branch list is published.
Every signer must be a member with an ongoing relationship and accounts in good standing and must show valid government ID; all owners must be present with a statement and the stock certificate; guarantees are limited to $1,000,000 per transaction; documents showing the legal right to sign (death certificate, trust agreement, corporate resolution, power of attorney) may be required.
